Bank Reconciliation Beginning Balance Not Matching

I was reconciling other bank accounts in Quickbooks and the transactions I entered caused another bank account to be off. When Quickbooks asked if I wanted to continue the transaction because it would change an account already reconciled I said ok because I thought they would all balance in the end but that is not the case. How can I fix my reconciliation error?
