Free QuickBooks hosting will allow you to have your QuickBooks file hosted free of charge in the cloud. There are no strings attached and there is nothing to buy. It's not available at this time and we do not have a launch date yet.

QuickBooks file hosting means that the program and data file do not reside on your computer anymore. They reside on one of our computers, but you can still use them the same way as if they were on your computer. Since it's free, you don't pay the normal hosting fee that other QuickBooks hosting companies charge which is usually around $40/month.

Several reasons:

1. It's safer. Your data is backed up very frequently in multiple ways so the next time your hard drive crashes, your QuickBooks data is safe because it's stored on our computer (server).

2. Your computer can get hacked much more easily than our computers. This means your data is more at risk on your own computer than it is stored on ours. We employ state of the art technologies for data security. These are advanced level technologies that are only available to enterprise level organizations.

3. You can access it from any computer with an internet connection and a browser. This gives you freedom to have the information you need where ever you are.

4. Your accountant, bookkeeper, and tax preparer can log into your free account and access your data easily. No more emailing QuickBooks files back and forth.

5. It's FREE!

The desktop versions of QuickBooks, such as QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Premier, Enterprise Solutions, and QuickBooks for Mac are very different from QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Online is severely limited. It does not have the robust features of the other versions of QuickBooks. Plus the other versions are much faster.

Also, QuickBooks Online allows you to perform certain operations that are a big "no-no" in the accounting world, such as the ability to delete old registers that have activity in them. We do not recommend QuickBooks Online for these reasons.

At this time we are only seeking people who use QuickBooks. You must have a valid QuickBooks license key in order to qualify for the free service.
