Here's a link to the BOE 401-A, the most common sales tax return used to report California sales tax. You can fill it out directly on your computer screen, then print.

If you know you will need to issue a 1099 to somebody, be sure to have them fill out the W-9. You can also use this form any time you need to request a taxpayer identification number from an individual or organization. This form is for your records only - do not submit it to the IRS.
