Names on Reports

by Linda
(Florida)

I wish preparing reports in QuickBooks without revealing clients' names was easier!

Jennifer replies:

Hmmmm.... I'm not sure what you are referring to. Are you referring to the company name at the top of each report?

You might already know this, but for those who may not:

To get rid of the Company Name at the top of the report, click the Modify Reports button, click the Header/Footer tab, then uncheck the box for the Company Name. QuickBooks removes the company name from the report.

Then, memorize the report by pressing Control-M. Once the report is memorized, you can run it again and again and the Company Name won't appear.

If you are talking about something else, let me know by posting a comment and I'll see if I can help.
