Quickbooks for Accounts Payable?

Hi
We are a food manufacture and we sell to distributors and stores. We have a program that we built that does our Sales and Order Entry. We would like to use Quickbooks for our Accounts Receivables (and other modules). Will it be possible to import our Invoices and related data to Quickbooks? Can this be automated? Can we use a five user license Quickbook or would we need the server version for this?
