Call me and let's talk: (760) 685-6233 I have clients all over the nation!

FAQHow much do you charge? I've dedicated my entire practice to mastering QuickBooks, so I know QuickBooks far better than most. Because I am not a CPA I charge FAR FAR less than a CPAs rate, about 1/3 to 1/2 what a CPA would charge.
Are you certified in QuickBooks? Yes! Can you answer my quick question? Yes. I charge by the hour in 1/2 hour increments. How do you handle the call? If I am able to take your call, I will. If I am not able to take your call, leave me a voice mail and I will return it within 1 business day, usually sooner. If it's very urgent, send a text with your urgent inquiry to the number above and I will try to respond within the hour. Once we have a time to talk, I will request payment information at the beginning of the call. For one time calls (not recurring), I take Visa or Mastercard. I'll ask for your email address and I will email you a receipt once the call is over. I'm still not sure. Read my testimonials. If you are really strapped for cash, check out my eBooks. They're only $9.97 each and you can download them immediately. How do you pronounce your last name? It's pronounced TEA-ME, as in, Have a cup of tea with me. My CPA says everything looks OK. So I don’t need a expert bookkeeper like you, Jennifer. Allow me to make a bold statement: your CPA doesn't know the status of your bookkeeping. Here's how I know. Does your CPA ask you... ...if you reconciled your checking account, savings account, credit card accounts, or auto loan account? ...if you HAVE reconciled, did you need to make "reconciliation adjustments" in order to balance? ...if your Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Tax Liability, or Payroll Liability balances were correct? ...if your Payroll Expenses reconciled to the payroll tax returns? ...if your Undeposited Funds balance was correct? ...if you took a physical inventory at the end of the year and compared it to the inventory in QuickBooks? ...any other bookkeeping related question? If your CPA hasn't asked these questions, then they can't know the status of your bookkeeping. To be fair, you are paying your CPA to do your taxes, not to examine your bookkeeping. If you want your CPA to examine your bookkeeping, you will need to ask for it, and also to pay for it. Remember that taxes and bookkeeping are two VERY different "branches" of accounting. They require different skills and different training. But instead of having your CPA examine your bookkeeping, let me do it. I charge FAR less. Then after I'm done you can give the information to the CPA for tax preparation. Do you outsource the work to a foreign country? No, never. Your bank statements, credit card statements, payroll tax forms, etc., have FAR too much valuable information. I never send that work outside my office. All work is 100% all American! (By me!)
