Totals on Estimates

by Priscila
(Florida)

A reader writes with a question about totals on estimates in QuickBooks.

Dear Jennifer,

I have an estimate in Quickbooks Pro 2006 that is four pages long. My problem is that I need the final total to print only on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th pages. Is that possible? Thank you so much for your help!!

Jennifer replies:

Hello Priscila,

I tried and tried, but was unable to get the total to print on any other page than the last. If it can be done, I do not know how.

Since Estimates are brothers of Sales Orders, and are cousins of Invoices and Purchase Orders, I assume that none of them can be altered the way you need.

Sorry that I don't have a better answer for you. If you find a way to do it, please let me know by posting a comment below. Thanks for writing.
